Access crashes when saving as accde

Environment:
Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016 - en-us 16.0.15330.20266
Oasis version 3.8.0.802

When I try to file/save as/accde Access crashes to desktop leaving the accdl lock file. Upon launching the Access application again after the crash, I get a popup prompting me to disable Oasis (see attached). If I disable Oasis in Addins, I can create the accde file without issue.
